The Arm Community supports a wide variety of file formats for upload and movie play.

** When playing an uploaded video, Arm Community relies on the browser to pick the plugin and play the video correctly. Not all browsers support all extensions. For example, Internet Explorer does not have a WMA plugin.


Supported movie play file formats

The following formats are possible to play as movie files in the Arm Community. All of them depend on third-party plugins on the client side (browser). For example, if Windows Media Player isn't installed, .asf and .wmv files will not render. .flv and .swf files require Adobe Flash player.
