Content migration

What does this mean for multimedia content that I’ve used in my content?

What does this mean for diagrams, charts, embedded videos and other multimedia content that I’ve used on my Arm Connected Community content?

Is there training available for the new platform?

The new Community has new member guidance built in and there will be some prioritized FAQ's and processes available at launch. We'll build on the documentation as the Community matures. You'll be able to raise an idea for improvements to the Community too, as well as vote on other peoples ideas

We emailed all users with a link to set up a new password. Don't worry if you don't receive an email though, you can simply visit the Arm Community and select log in to start the process.

Where can I get support?

If you experience difficulties logging in, you can contact online support.

Will any of my content disappear?

The full content migration activity will be completed by phase 2, which is scheduled for the end of January. All discussions will be unavailable until then.

There will be content (blogs, documents) in some areas, like Find a Partner, that will be reviewed before moving to a relevant group. This process may take slightly longer.

If you can't find something, please let us know and we'll do our best to locate and move it.

Will links in my existing content be affected by the migration?

No, internal and external links, inbound and outbound will work. If the content is yet to be migrated, a landing page explaining the content is temporarily unavailable will offer an explanation.

How can I modify content in the new Community?
