Cyclone-V Development kit can't connect to the DS-5 client

Hi

I got a new 3-years license for ARM DS-5 software, I am using the "Cyclone V Development kit", but it seems can't run any project as the DS-5 fails to connect to the board, please check the snapshot below. I am wondering if this error was caused by the license, or should I activate a feature in the software, or it is related to the setting of the board, or something else? thanks for any advice in advance.

  • Hello, this is a licensing error. You mention that you have a new license - have you added this to the tool (via Help > License Manager)?

    If so, can you share the license file used? To share privately, please open an Arm support case from the menu above.
