We had a live deployment last Friday and have been finishing up configuration and testing. Here's a rundown of the latest features and enhancements, as well as a sneak peek on what to expect in the near future.
We have created a central place for blogs - the Arm Blog in the Arm Community. You can access it it anytime from the content menu in the main navigation. We will feature the top news in the banner at the top of the page. This is a phase 1 deployment, we'll be looking at UI and UX improvements later this year.
This customisation has enabled tagging site wide. You can now select appropriate tags from a defined selection.
This is an important part of the migration, as it will form the basis and open doors to integration with other Arm websites, as well as enable the review, tagging and moving activities for legacy content.

Work to enhance translation in Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. You can change your language in your profile.
In addition you can now access the Arm Blog, Community features and ideas, and calendar from this menu.
A number of improvements and brand alignment for content and the platform.
There are a number of components to this, being deployed in the next month, including a server move to faster machines in the same data centre, performance optimisations to the platform and to the content delivery network. We are aware of some issues in parts of China where the site performance is below par, and have plans to make special provisions improve this too.
The next version of Telligent Community (the platform the Arm Community is based on) has just hit general release. We are planning a deployment to our testing servers this month where we will assess the product. The upgrade promises to bring a raft of new features, fixes and performance improvements. I'll talk about this more in my next blog.
We'll be doing a lot of reviewing, moving, tagging and organising over the next 2-3 months, as we setting into the new information architecture. There will be further information available on this as we finalise the plans and schedule.
There is a lot more coming besides this and I’ll keep you up to date as things progress. If you have any questions, please leave a comment.
Don’t forget, you can let us know if you have an idea for an enhancement, find help on how to use the Community here, or just start a discussion here for everything else.
