Dr. Mamta Rani Agarwal is presently working as Advisor-I in AICTE (Policy & Academic Planning Bureau), is former Additional Secretary, Association of Indian Universities (AIU), former Joint Secretary, University Grants Commission (UGC) and Director, Education New Delhi. She is also from the first batch of lady Pilot officer in Indian Air Force.

Dr. Agarwal has been an International Speaker at the School of International and Public Affairs, University of Columbia, New York on ‘Urban Education: Innovations in K-12.’ She has represented the country in the UNESCO’s World Higher Education Summit-2022 held at Barcelona, Spain and also in global summit on ‘Reforming School Systems in Global Cities’ New York.

Under her leadership, AICTE Training and Learning Academy (ATAL) has been recognized, conferred award and included in the India Book of Records, Asia Book of Records and World Book of Records for outstanding contribution in the faculty training and development.

Dr. Agarwal is His Excellency, the President of India’s nominee on the Board of Governors (BoG) of the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Kolkata, an Institute of National Importance. Additionally, she is a member of Board of Governors of many universities and colleges.  

Dr. Agarwal has been an expert member on the task force on the implementation of National Education Policy in AICTE and Govt. of Gujarat. She is a resource person on many academic subjects including National Education Policy, Benchmarking and Global Rankings, Academic Bank of Credit, Gender Inclusion and Women Empowerment.

She has compiled and edited a five volumes reference book on National Education Policy 2020.

Richard Buttery leads Arm’s engagement programs with academia. By encouraging communities of practice in university teaching and research, including by making available educational content, IP, tools and support, Arm is helping academics to accelerate their results and deliver greater impact.  Richard Buttery's own background is in nuclear & particle physics and before joining Arm he worked within Cambridge University on international programs.

Graduated from Iowa State University in 2020 with a bachelor’s in computer engineering. Worked in Delphi as Software Engineer for the Powertrain group for 6 years; highly familiar with Freescale, Renesas, Infineon and Microchip automotive microcontrollers.

Left Delphi for a minor career change as MCU Technical Marketing at Renesas, specifically handling 32-bit MCU for ASEAN, India & ANZ region for around 4+ years.

Joined ST in 2010 as MCD Technical Marketing taking care of ASEAN region and expansion of region in 2017 to include India region until now.

Sanjay Gupta is AE Director at Cadence Global Support Team leading System & Verification team. At Cadence starting in 2001 in Application Engineering role, he has led global support teams in Verification & Digital Frontend space, Program Management and Operations. Prior to joining Cadence, his diversified experience includes working with startup in setting up new teams, developing new product, manufacturing and technical consultancy to large IT projects in PSU and Govt Sector.
