Amit Chhabra has 21+ years of experience in memory design, path-finding Design Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO) in stacked CFET technologies, radiation hardening techniques and FIT rate estimation, physical system architecture definition of CPU+GPU systems for high end mobiles, Adaptive Voltage Scaling (AVS) sub-system IPs, and silicon debug. He published 9 papers in IEEE conferences/journals including the prestigious VLSI symposium and Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC), 4 papers in EDA conferences, 7 papers in global internal conferences, filed 22 US patents, and delivered an invited talk at an IEEE conference. He was honored with multiple awards, including Inventor of the Year Award at Arm Corporate Level, Gold & Silver Awards at ST Corporate Level for his projects, best leader and best performer in his groups, etc. Amit did his B. Sony has been working in Arm for last 10 years in solution engineering team prior to that she worked for STMicroelectronics for 3 years in TR&D team. She currently working in Memory team as a Layout Designer. She is working on latest nodes, such as 2nm of TSMC and has a wide experience in working on foundry projects such as TSMC, INTEL, Samsung. I am also involved in CPU level physical implementation. She is master's in science and Post Graduate Diploma in AI/ML and has few patents under her name in Arm. Dr. Bharat Choudhary has received his Ph.D. degree in Digital VLSI Design and MTech degree in Nano Science and Technology from Delhi Technological University, New Delhi, India. Pushkar Sareen
Sr. Group Manager
Pushkar is currently engaged in Design Architecture activities for General Purpose Micro (GPM) products in ST, Greater Noida. He has worked at IP and SOC level in design, architecture & specifically in performance analysis also. He also has rich experience in SoC Verification. His key interest is Performance Architecture and has driven many performance enhancement initiatives in various SoCs. He has 2 patents and 6 publications in the field on Security and SoC Performance Analysis.
Ranajay Mallik
Senior Principal Engineer
Ranajay graduated from the national Institute of technology in the year 1997 with a major in Electronics engineering. With over 25 years of system design and development experience, he is currently focused on high performance digital power conversion systems up-to the tens of kilowatt level. Quick prototyping, minimalist design and magnetics design are very close to his heart. He has 14 patents and as many publications including 3 at APEC and has(is) also mentored PhD and post doc students in the advanced power conversion domains in a top Indian university. He has contributed more than 40 reference designs to the ST portfolio of designs. He pursues ham radio and tinkering with automobiles as a hobby.
Raunaque Mujeeb Quaiser

Raunaque is currently working with STMicroelectronics and has a total experience of 20 years in the Semiconductor Industry. He has done B. Tech in Computer Engineering from AMU and MBA from IIM Lucknow. His key responsibilities include Electronic System Development on different technologies for AR/VR and IoT. His areas of interests are AR/VR, AI/ML, Connectivity Technologies, Mobile Applications and System Development and System Integration. He is also managing the Startup Incubation Centre at STMicroelectronics, India.
Reena Asri
Manager – Field Quality
Reena has 25 years in semiconductor environments, Manufacturing processes, and quality standards. Sole responsible for customer quality support pan India for all the customers (domestic as well as transnational). Delivering workshops on ST manufacturing process, EOS/ ESD understanding and quality processes to manufacturing customer base in India. Instrumental in highlighting customer requirements / concerns for ST to keep striving for excellence.
Saurabh Rawat

Saurabh is working at the forefront of Augmented and Virtual Reality technology, where he is developing solutions utilizing ST’s devices and building its Ecosystem. Saurabh has been a prolific contributor to the body of knowledge in IoT and sensor technology, with multiple publications and articles to his name. His team has filed two patents, specifically in the domains of Augmented Reality and IoT
