Unable to unlock the MDK-Community

When I am going on https://keil.arm.com/mdk-community, in order to get access to a product serial number and instructions on how to generate a license from it, it appears the following messages:

Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. We are looking into the issue.

Access and registration of the Keil MDK Community Edition should now be possible again - sorry for the inconvenience.
