When I am going on https://keil.arm.com/mdk-community, in order to get access to a product serial number and instructions on how to generate a license from it, it appears the following messages:Something went wrongSorry, an unexpected error has occurred. We are looking into the issue.
I was able to open https://keil.arm.com/mdk-community
Nevertheless, these are the MDK Community Edition requirements:
1. MDK Community PSN (valid atm): 42B2L-JM9GY-LHN8C
2. Latest MDK release: http://www2.keil.com/mdk5
3. Registration: http://www.keil.com/support/man/docs/license/license_sul_install.htm
4. Getting Started: https://developer.arm.com/documentation/KGS1/latest
Indeed, the link is now working. Thanks for what ever you did, as well as for the PSN.
Kind Regards, Tim Grotheer
After submitting the form I get the message that an email with the license ID will be sent to my email address. But I don't get any email. Seems as if there still is an issue with the web site. Could you please take a look at it?
Thanks and kind regards
Gert Bonitz
Dear Gert,
I see in our license database that many registrations for the MDK Community Editions have been generated today and I did not see any complaints from other customers. I don't see your email address in it. Did you use the same one as for this forum? Please open a support case if you successfully registered on our license form and if you don't get an email with your LIC in it.
Dear Hans,
I used the same address as for this forum. And after submitting the application form the info web site contains also my correct email address as receiver for the license code. I'm a bit confused about not receiving the email with the license code. According to your explanations it seems as if my email adress is not submitted.
How can I open a support case? I don't have a support contract. I'm a hobbyist playing with STM32 boards in my retirement.
