Affordable arm64 boards?

What arm64-based affordable boards are there, and where they can be bought?

I'm asking for a friend, and he's probably after something to run Linux/Unix on.

There has been discussions about Juno-boards, but I couldn't figure out where they can be bought and what's the price.
