Thank you very much for your reply. I'm new to use ArmDS. This question occured when i perform the "Tutorial: Hello World" in getting_started_101469_2023.1_00_en.pdf.
Does that command work from the ArmDS command prompt?
--I open the ArmDS ide from the ArmDS command prompt, and lunch operation in ArmDS ide.
Is there additional information in the Target Console view?
--There are some followings.

The FVP is launching. Do you have a license installed? Though the error should be very specific if no license was available.
Did the application build OK?
As a test, go to File > Import > Arm Development Studio > Examples and Programming Libraries, and select an example (say fireworks_Armv8-A_FVP_AC6).The examples are supplied with known working configurations.
Rebuild the imported example (click the hammer icon). Did that build OK?
If so, click on the .launch file from the project, and click Debug - this should start a debug session with the appropriate FVP.
Hi, I'm using a 30-day Gold Edition evaluation license, and the build is ok.
I tried the example(fireworks_Armv8-A_FVP_AC6) you suggested, but it occured the same error.
In addition, my pc is x64-based while my ArmDS's installation package is DS000-BN-00000-r23p1-00rel1
The problem is still on, and i still don't know what should i do.
Another user had a similar issue. Can you try the below?
