Arm Development Studio (DS000B) Download unavailable

Hi,

Can't download Arm Development Studio from https://developer.arm.com/downloads/view/DS000B.
Download page says: "Download unavailable. You have access to this product but there are no product files currently available to download"

Can't create a support ticket either. Support page just offers me to search technical content.

Still the same thing: "Download unavailable"
Tried with Chrome, Edge and Brave.
