Could you try again and confirm if it is still an issue? I tested just now, and saw no problem.
Still the same thing: "Download unavailable"Tried with Chrome, Edge and Brave.
The problem seems to be related to the account that I am using. I tried an other account using my private email address and successfully downloaded Arm Development Studio. Then I tried my work account again and result was "Download unavailable".
I am glad you were able to download. Could I ask you to try one more time from your original account? I believe the issues with that have now been resolved.
