"Unable to execute API call /api/v1/connect"

Hello

I am trying to set up a temporary license and getting the following error

"Unable to execute API call /api/v1/connect"

I found an earlier thread with the same issue and it appears something needs to be done on ARM's side to restore the service.

Hi Stephen,

I have the same problem like Sherif. I have retried many times but still got the same result. Could you fix it?

Hi,

I believe this service is now working again.

Please can you retry and confirm that you can now obtain an evaluation licence?

I hope that you've been able to obtain an evaluation licence.
If not, please can you send me the stack trace in the Error Log? To open the Error Log view, use
Window > Show View > Other > General > Error Log
