Hello
I am trying to set up a temporary license and getting the following error
"Unable to execute API call /api/v1/connect"
I found an earlier thread with the same issue and it appears something needs to be done on ARM's side to restore the service.
Best regards
Sherif
Thanks Sherif, for reporting this.I'm an Arm employee and can reproduce what you see.We are investigating and hope to have this fixed shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.Stephen
Hi Sherif
I am pleased to let you know that this service is now working again. Please can you retry and confirm that you can now obtain an evaluation licence?Sorry that you experienced this glitch, but I hope your evaluation of Arm Development Studio now goes well. Please ensure you use a proper company email, not a free email (gmail, etc) account. If you continue to have issues, please check with your IT department who may prevent such access by firewall.Stephen
Hi Stephen,
I have the same problem like Sherif. I have retried many times but still got the same result. Could you fix it?
