I am working on a arm based SoC, I have written a test case in 'C' language, I want to understand how this C code -> object file is loaded in core memory and executing the inst ?
That's a very wide question. Starting from the basics where have you got to-
Have you written and run C programs on a PC?
Have you used a development board before?
Have you only very limited resources for tools or training?
Have you got a development board using a Cortex-M4 (with floating point if required), if so what is iit?
Does the supplier provide some development tools?

I am working for client, all licensed tools. I am RTL verification engineer.
we are using linux servers, using gnu c compiler.
cadence tools first compile c test and then object file created, I want to know, how the Cortex M4 core doing simulations with the files and how core getting initial resets.
You should have professional support from Cadence and ARM then. In this case Cadence sound like the appropriate contact as you want to know how to do a simulation with their tools so you want to in effect initialize a flash with the code and start it all going and look at what happens. ARM are the ones about the core itself and can also help also with the code and testing and debugging. People here can help too but more on the ARM side and a bit more generally, what you want sounds like getting familiar with the tools and documentation.
I would recommend to read up to get some background in this area to understand how to compile C programs and run them on a simulated CPU + memory.
There are a number of ARM Related Books - ARM you can use. It's from 2004, but look for a book I wrote, Co-Verification of Hardware and Software for ARM SoC Design. It covers all of the topics.
