I would like to simulate M55 NN benach mark test for power analysis. I was told that its in M55r1p1 package. However, when I search for it on the ARM site, I couldnt find it.

You would download from the 'Product Download Hub' as per below, but you would need to ensure that your account has access to this IP.It may be that others in your organization do have an appropriate account to do so.
