DATABASE STC-STC12 COULDN'T FIND IN SELECT DEVICE FOR TARGET WHEN IT POP UP

Hi everyone

somebody could help me to detect why the database STC-STC12 could not find when the pop-up blocker for the selected device appears.

I have been troubleshooting this and the result is the database already has but the database was overridden somewhere else. How should I find the database?
