Hi and welcome frostyboy,The A10 is most likely from Allwinner, based on the ARM Cortex-A8 processor and Mali-400 GPU (Wiki says!)Here is Allwinner Technology official product page, in Chinese...Your test says the chip was running at 1GHz during the test, but that doesn't mean it cannot achieve the advertised 1.5GHz.This System on Chip (SoC) is powerful enough to handle Google Maps properly. I have a less powerful phone which does.Cheers,Alban
