I am using STM32L476RGT6u eval board for our internal development. One of the STM32 forum, we found that, the keil license is free for some packages. Could you please help me on installing the keil license.

Hello Reghu,
The free Arm Keil MDK license covers only the devices STM32C0, STM32F0, STM32L0 and STM32G0. Your device is non of them. So this license can't be used for your device.
If you plan only a non-commercial use of MDK, you can use the MDK Community Edition license: https://www2.keil.com/mdk5/editions/community
Else, for a commercial project please contact your local distributor for available buying options of an MDK license.
