Yotta installation problems on Windows

When installing yotta, I get this error:
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement setuptools>=40.8.0 (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for setuptools>=40.8.0
is there any solutions?

i want to use yotta to export an Mbed project from Keil studio to Keil µvision 5, so i guess it is a keil forum question.

Hello Majd Kh, sorry, don't know what " yotta" is. Do you have any reference to it? And where are you trying to install it?
