I have LIC number since last 2 year for its only for 2 ST microcontrollr now i want to add more microcontrollre and also nordic semiconductor.So how to add?
Please suggest me.

You have probably used the free-of-charge license for Cortex-M0 devices from ST in the last 2 years (see https://developer.arm.com/documentation/kan344/1-1/Abstract for more details). We don't have such a license for Nordic Semiconductor. You have basically two options:
- If you are working on a non-commercial project, you can use the MDK Community edition (see https://www.keil.arm.com/ for more details)
- If it is a commercial project, you need to purchase a license at your local distributor (see https://www.arm.com/products/development-tools/distributors)
