Keil PackUnzip.ece problem

I signed up for the stm32 course in which they use the Keil ARM environment. I downloaded the new version 5.38a and am trying to install it. In this course we are using STM32G0B uC but I am getting error from PackUnzip.exe during installation "this application will not run on your computer" as attached. My computer has Windows 10 32 bit. What could be the problem?

Do you have limited access? I recommend discussing your setting with your local Network Administrator. See the Keil MDK requirements, which are listed here: https://www2.keil.com/system-requirements...

You boty are rights. I have no idea why i didn't check the requirements. I worki on windows 32bits not 64!. I need to change it.
