MDK ARM Essential stm32f051 not found in packs

Hi,

I'm trying to create a project for the stm32f051 target using a MDK ARM Essential license, but I the pack installer doesn't list support for any STM32F0 devices. Am I missing a package I'm supposed to download from the website or something?
