I am using v5.27 (community edition) on Windows 10 Pro 22H2. The pack installer is not working properly (it worked before). It gives a "cannot read one or more Pack descriptions". I uninstalled & re-installed v5.27, but it still fails. I also tried v5.28 & v5.28a with the same problem. Has anybody else seen this?
a) Keil MDK 5.27 was released in 2019.
What is the result when installing the latest release of Keil MDK:

b) Install Keil MDK to C:\Keilv5
c) Keep the default Pack Installation folder
d) Assure that you have read/write access to all folders in use
I did all of that. Right now I have 5.28a installed. The pack installer worked fine this morning, so there must have been a problem that has been resolved now. Thanks for the help!
