Downloading Plugins and configuration hangs on Edge and Chrome browsers. HELP please

trying to move from MBED online compiler to ARM Keil Studio. the install process hangs. I also sometimes get a single word web page "unauthorized" MBED online goes away at the end of the year. I need to migrate. thanks in advance for any help.

I cannot reproduce this issue on my side using Chrome Version 108.0.5359.99 in windows 10. I can log in Keil Studio with my mbed user account and the workspace in Keil Studio is opened properly.

I'm running Chrome Version 108.0.5359.125 on Windows 10. Could it be a permissions problem? My machine is pretty locked down. Do I need admin privileges'? It isn't asking for any passwords.

Today it runs fine on Edge browser. Not sure what happened or if anything changed, but I'm up and running with the new IDE.
