license agreement artx AR166

Hello,

I use the PK-166 development kit along with the advance rtos AR166. In u-Vision 5 I can see license agreements for the MDK and C166 but I do not see anything that refers to AR166 or ARTX.

For my companies software clearing where can I find the license agreement for AR166.
