Vendor, device, toolset unknown

Hello,

 Brand new to this tool.  I installed it.  I created a new project and saw that there were only ARM devices.

I followed these instructions: https://www2.keil.com/stmicroelectronics-stm32/mdk

Because I wanted to use STM32 processors.  I also installed all the packs for STM32L4 and STM32F4.

When I open uvision to create project I just see this:

    I went ahead and tried that, but it would not build:

    Error: *** Project 'EJECT432', Target 'EJECT432', Device 'STMicroelectronics::STM32L432KCUx' is not supported by Toolchain ! ***.

    I feel like something is broken, but I am too new to the product know what it is.
