Is AT89C51 difficult to search?

Hello, all!

Actually, my question is the programming of AT89C51, but on the Internet that many said the chip is too old.

And I have seen that there are very few AT89C51 on the market now. It seems that this chip is relatively backward and the sellers do not recommend it. Now it seems to be STC.

I also can find the datasheet about AT89C51. I just can not understand very well.

If I want to use AT89C51. What about recording?

Good Listening

  • My advice to anyone wanting to use 8051 is to look at the SILabs parts. The parts are fast (48 MIPS, single-cycle), built in flash and SRAM and very good, inexpensive debugging. Plus you get tools from Keil and/or SILabs.  Plus there are decent books on the subject.
