On windows 10 Keil is not generating .bin file from .axf file. build tools are copied in C:\windows folder. Can anyone help?

On windows 10 Keil is not generating .bin file from .axf file.

build tools are copied in C:\windows folder. environment variables section also checked for Keil path. Can anyone help?
