Hi all,I wanted to use the ULINK plus to measure power consumption on my STM32WL55 but when I plug it in and want to chose under Options for Target -> Debug, I dont see the ULINK plus option.I looked at the ULINK plus quickstart section on the website, installed the Firmware manually again(I have ULplusFW_V2_0_11) but still I dont have the possivbility to chose the ULINK as its not there? I followed the video tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jv_Ag1NhP6M but at the Debug point I am stuck as I dont know what to do to be able to see and chose the ULINK. Can anyone help me please?Thank you.
I forgot to add, I see the ULINK plus in my device manager and the Status LED is blue. But still no ULINK plus debugger to chose here.
Your screenshot confirms the usage of PK51.
But, as explained at i.e., :
https://www2.keil.com/mdk5/ulink/ulinkplus
the ULINKplus requires to have installed Keil MDK, which supports Cortex-M based devices.
Note, your target - the STM32WL55 - also requires Keil MDK:

Have you had previous success with the ULink plus ? I have one too and I have never manager to get it working good enough for continuos use. I have to disconnect it from USB, connect it again, and I can use it for one download. Then I need to repeat. It has been so for the last many uvision versions (pretty much same story with Ulink Pro)
UlinkME, and Segger Trace etc are all working perfectly
Thanks for the help but I installed the most recent Keil MDK so I am not sure what you mean. However after some hours I tried again and I was able to chose the Ulink as it appeared. I did all the necessary steps like in the video on youtube but no in the section here I dont have the option to pick the Ulink. I went through the documentation on the webiste but still have no clue why I cant start.
Its my first time I try to use the Ulink plus but for now I couldnt start like out of the box with it.
A: Keil MDK & PK51
On the top of your screenshot above, you confirm an installation of PK51 (see the tabs A51 C51 or BL51 that are not part of MDK)
So, probably you have installed Keil MDK and PK51 in parallel.
In this case:
- ensure that Keil MDK and PK51 are not located in the same folder.
- rename the desktop icons accordingly
B: PK51 and ULINK2
For completeness:
- The ULINK2 Debug Adapter is supported by PK51
