Unable to compile project : Project requires ARM toolchain which is not installed

I am using a STM32F407 DIscovery board with Keil uVision 5.34 but I cant complie the project

i get the following error

Warning #440: Requested device 'STM32F407VG' is substituted with variant 'STM32F407VGTx' for target 'STM32F4Discovery'
*** Error: Project 'Template' requires 'ARM' Toolchain which is not installed.

I checked the STM32XX_DFP pack

How can I install teh ARM toolchain?
