The exercise that I try to do is the famous ECO, that is to say that I try that what I write in the Tx sends it again by the Rx bus, I modified it and I have tried it by the debug and it stays in the line of the uart.c

You mean Echo ?

I think you have that backwards? An Echo should take what it receives on RX, and re-transmit that on TX.
But, before doing all that, have you done the basics of just blinking an LED? and just transmitting a fixed string?

Sorry, mistake when writing "ECHO", you forgot to comment on the book, isn't it a good reference?I did not know that there were more basic programs, I learned to use the UART with that program ECHO, that is supposed to be the most basic program, using the microcontroller TM4C1294NCPDT of Texas Instrument, Thanks I will continue investigating!
