Keil packs deprecated, meaning?

Hi team

I see this on the Keil Packs download page, does this mean Keil can still use this part, but we will need to download DFP from Microchip from now on? And where can I find those files to download from??

Those Packs should now be available at: http://www.keil.com/dd2/ / Pack Installer

Thanks for the reply. I went to the link but somehow the pack is only 0 bytes (I have re-downloaded it a few time). And also the Microchip pack is available from the packs manager, but still can't install it.
