can we ableto import keil project into QNX IDE (Eclipse Based IDE).
if yes, can you guys please let me know the producer for this.

Have you asked the QNX people? they're the ones that would know about what facilities they have provided in their IDE!
Did you read their guide: http://www.qnx.com/developers/docs/6.3.2/ide_en/user_guide/cvs.html#IMPORT ?
But, in general, there isn't an automated process.
Note that it's not just a different IDE - also a different compiler!
So the easiest things is likely to be to just note your project settings in Keil, and then apply the equivalent settings in the new IDE.
