JTAG chain STM32F4xx

I use 4 microcontrollers STM32F427 in JTAG chain on one board. I try to use JTAG chaining with RealView ULINK2. In tab Configure Flash Tools-Debug - Use ULINK2/ME Cortex Debugger -Settings window JTAG Device Chain is not active. I can not programm controllers in chain separately. What is the reason?
If I choice in Project options STM32F053 (in example Nucleo-053 ), - window JTAG Device Chain is active.
