cannot load driver JL2CM3.dll

Hi

I am using uVision V5.16.0.0, and I am trying to connect to the nordic nrf_52_DK (which includes Segger J-Link OB), but I get the error: "cannot load driver JL2CM3.dll"

the dll file exists and the path is correct.

What am I doing wrong?
