Debug aborted

I got this message please can anyone tell how to solve it or what is the prob ?

Error: Could not load file 'C:\keil project\code.axf'. Debugger aborted !

    code.axf would be the file that you're trying to debug.

    uVision is telling that it cannot load that file.

    Therefore, clearly, it's not going to be possible to debug.

    So the debugger is aborted.
