SSL library of Keil included within Security option

Hi,

I am using keil 5.23, and have selected HTTPS.Using HTTPS Webserver is created and I am trying to upload .xml file via Webserver,
My doubts are:
1. What maximum size of file can be uploaded via webserver using HTTPS?
2. What can be maximum size of macro MBEDTLS_SSL_MAX_CONTENT_LEN in mbedtls_config.h file
while using HTTPS?

Controller used is STM32F417.
Request to reply as early as possible.
