How Flashing program in ITCM STM32F767

The scatter file or target settings for IROM would control where the linker places the code, the Flash Algorithm choices would control what FLASH memory it can write. Comes with several TCM ones (uV5.22 with STM32F7xx_DFP 2.8.0).
