How to create a project using command line

Hi,

I am trying to create a project using command line,but i am unable to do so.I have written a xml file as specified in the command line section of µVision User's Guide.I have used the "UV4 MyProject.uvprojx –i MyImport.xml" command to create new project but unfortunately its just opening the Keil IDE and displaying my xml file in the IDE.Its actually not creating the project.Could you please help me out on this.Thanks in advance.
