Using FatFS on internal Flash of STM32

Hello,
i would like to use FatFS on a part of the internal Flash of an STM32F7 Processor.
However, i am stuck as the internal Flash does not have ALE and CLE Adresses that i know of. How can i use the Filsystem Component on the internal Flash using the NAND-Driver?

Any hints apreciated!
