MDK-ARM Toolchain Extension for Atmel Studio 7.0

Please help me

I am starting a new design with SAMd21 atmel. (cortex M0+).
I want to use keil mdk-arm compiler through MDK-ARM Toolchain Extension for Atmel Studio.
I see that support is for Atmel Studio 6.2.
How to handle it with Atmel Studio 7.0?

There is plan to upgrade MDK-ARM Toolchain Extension for Atmel Studio?

And if yes which is timing?
