RTX bug: osSemaphoreRelease token counter is not limited!

this bug is still not fixed?

I want my token counter to be limited, but every call to osSemaphoreRelease increases the number of available resources.

    Will keil RTX kernel be maintained ? I like keil RTX a lot ,especially for the integrated kernel awareness feature provided by MDK. But will this bug and other bugs be fixed any more?
