I am trying to use Huawei Mate9 to test ARM compute library, since it has been mentioned in the blog. However, I cannot run any OpenCL apps. I was wondering if OpenCL is really supported on Huawei Mate9. Do I need to modify the configuration to enable OpenCL on Mate9?
Best,
Wayne
I don't think this is the right message. Is OpenCL Z itself displaying an error message on the UI ?
If you have access to your phone's system, you might want to take a look at either :
/system/vendor/lib/system/vendor/lib64
/system/vendor/lib
/system/vendor/lib64
And see if there's any libOpenCL.so in this directory ?
OpenCL-Z is saying that the possible reasons are:
1) The device may not support OpenCL.
2) The OpenCL driver library was not found on the device.
But I do see libOpenCL.so in above folders.
Strange... I'll see if I can create a small OpenCL example using the Android NDK.
