I am using the Community Edition of Streamline and am connecting to an EXYNOS5422 with a ARM Mail-T628 on board. I was able to successfully extract all the counters from the Mali GPU and I'm wondering if there is a way to extract Frame Time from these counters.
Ideally, I want to calculate how much time it takes to render a frame.

No; the counters are not correlated to frames (in reality multiple frames overlap due to how the vertex shading and fragment shading pipelining works)..
