How to download mali kernel device drivers & user driver

I can not download the "Kernel Device Driver r7p0-02rel0"  through the web site Open Source Mali Midgard GPU Linux Kernel Drivers - Mali Developer Center .

How can I get it? thks.

    Downloading is not for specific accounts. Anyone can download, and I do not see this problem either.

    Have you tried alternative browsers? Maybe clear your cache? Have you tried on an alternative device?

    If you do figure out what is the cause, please do let us know so we can investigate further.
