vkAllocateMemory crashed while import AHardwareBuffer on Mali-G715-Immortalis MC11

Test Phone: vivo x90 (MediaTek Dimensity 9200)

The AHardwareBuffer is allocated by Android mediacodec with AIMAGE_FORMAT_YUV_420_888 format.

If the input video width is times of 64, the program will run properly, otherwise the program will crash in vkAllocateMemory().
