What is the screen size after you most suited to MALI 450 mp ? Of course it can support 1080p . But I think that the processor will be more comfortable with a 720p right ? refresh screen can be more improved in 1080p ?

Remember that Mali-400 is just the OpenGL ES GPU (used for 3D games, and 2D UI composition). Video stream decode is not handled by the Mali-400 - there are typically other hardware decoders for decoding video streams. This may be a Mali video core, such as Mali-V500, or could be a hardware block provided by a different provider.
