This is an Android Stick I have tested. Any idea how many Cores GPU really have ? My guess Its 4..

Yes, it's 4. The same SoC is used in the Firefly development board, and the SoC datasheet is on the Firefly wiki, listing the GPU as a Mali-T764 (alternatively called Mali-T760 MP4).
