Connection refused when connecting to xx , Problem reading the trace version: 'Read timed out'.

When I try to connect the device in Graphics Analyzer, I encountered a problem:

Connection refused when connecting to HUAWEI PCT-AL10.

Problem reading the trace version: 'Read timed out'.

I didn't root my device and follow the advice
